Refunds and Exchanges

 

All Made to Measure purchases are non-returnable as they are custom made for you and only you.

If when you receive your purchase you feel the need for any other alteration then please contact us at Bepo HQ.

All other items we will gladly exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase if returned in its original condition-
unworn,unused,unwashed,undamaged and with all original tags in place.

The return must be posted in the package in which it was received or equally secure outer packaging.

If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

Failure to met these requirements may result in delays processing the return or receipt of package by us.

In order to contact us regarding your return please send a message via our contact page.

We will then be in touch with you to provide you with the return instructions which state that you are free to send back the item via your own method as long as the above criteria is met.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping a proof of purchase for your return to ensure we receive the item.
We can not complete a refund if the item is lost whilst being returned to us.

Unfortunetely, being a small business, we are unable to offer free returns and can not refund original shipping costs.

With this in mind, please carefully consider your purchase prior to payment.

We withhold the right to refuse refunds should the return criteria not be met for personal, non-commercial purchases.
