A new Mental Health Collaboration is taking form as part of the day job in the construction industry with Briggs and Forrester delivering site-based talks of Ben's journey through addiction, ADHD and recovery in the hope to create moments of connection and reflection that could genuinely make a difference to someone working in the construction industry - an industry that can face challenges when it comes to addressing mental health - with the goal to roll out the initiative more widely after delivering powerful, honest and well-received talks within the company.
